Thanks for your recommendations again. I am in the 2nd week of taking this spray which has improved my condition.
Slippery wing, I still have the problem to keep clearing my throat. It was due to the runny nasal problem.
One thing that I don't have ASTHMA at all... never had any breathing problem. Even doctors have never mentioned this...( and top doctors). I have also been asked to cut on Dairy foods and Caffine. Cleaning nose with warm water does help.
So far the improvment is good but I will further update after 2 weeks.
As Bomb Doctor suggested, there are far better things to be concerned about ... GOD, help me find a better training school ... I am getting stressed about this !!!!
