There is no scheduling agreement, so you can and will, have an early rostered in a run of lates. Rostering is poor.

Max 900 hours per year. And that is a target for crewing! If they miss that, they'll try for the duty hours limit!

Do you like time in taxis? "W" patterns are common.

New payscale is OK to start but is inferior to Easy Jet. Much inferior to Thompson.

This will be a divided workforce.

We have three fleets and three bases. LTN is the best base. A300 the best fleet. You should avoid MAN A320/321.

Time to command? Ten years plus???? Current commands are comming after 8 years.

Starting pay is fine if you are currently a F/O with a small regional airine. Monarch would be OK if all you want is a jet on your licence and time to plan your next career move, perhaps to Thompson or Easy Jet.
