Check out thomsonfly, they apparently have found it difficult to recruit and hang onto new pilots so they have recently re-enstated the link onto the main terms and conditions, word is they are recruiting now, also alot less time to command.
No daft interview techniques ala group meditation around some lego bricks etc etc, just can you fly ? are you a 'good egg' ?
Crews are great but there is an ongoing dispute about the new terms and conditions, you may well walk into a strike.
