Anyone know if it's A or B?
Well, if you roughly breakdown a meal's content into fat, protein and carbohydrate, option "B" describes a meal that is low in both protein and carbohydrate. It therefore will be relatively very high in fat. Eating a diet with a high fat content is of course not recommended and therefore the "best answer" must be "A". [Unless of course options "C" and "D" made more sense!]
