Ive spoken to Airbus Fleet/Training Managers about this one and received conflicting views.
The overall opinion however is that C.V's from pilots who have been successful in completing 0 to CPL-IR MCC etc course at an airline approved school are likely to get the first phone calls for interview, pending there are no C.V's in the pile with 300 hours on type.
