Shouldn't all ATC be in English worldwide?
There have been several accidents in France due to a law passed that says that ATC should be done in French to help preserve the French language, which is great fun if you havn't got a clue were the last position report from a nearby aircraft came from.
I had hoped that it was just a french thing, but it seems to be the case in French Canada aswell, they would sooner put lives at risk for there own linguistic pride!
