Just why should there be such a thing as a unilingual French speaking pilot in Canada? Does not the Canadian educational system teach the other language to students in the English or French speaking provinces?
It would seem to me that Canada being Bi-lingual....the customers should be able to speak English as well as French....or am I over-estimating the Canadian educational system and dedication of the various communities to learn the other's language. I find it hard to beleive that Quebec business people do not speak English.
I guess this just proves how little those of us that live south of the border know about our neighbors.
