Well Air Berlin certainly hasn't got a Ryanair culture down the back. Flights to main airports; newspapers, sandwiches and drinks included; even a tray of boiled sweets to pick from as you board. For this I paid £38 return (all in) from Manchester. Flights on time - slightly early actually - aboard very smart aircraft. I don't know how they treat their flight crews, but the passengers are very content.
