Jordan Aviation (JAV)
Anybody has some info on Jordan Aviation (JAV)? I hear they had a huge problem in CDG during the summer with failed technical safety inspections by the French DGCA on their L1011-500, operated under royalty agreement for Globejet Airlines. It sounded like a big mess over all the French news media during that time. Subsequently, I also heard that these problems spilled over to their A310-200 and -300 in Italy, as well as in France. Now latest news are that, after getting rid of the L1011, they are now operating two B747-200s for the Hajj 2005 under royalty agreement with someone else... Anybody who can shed more light on this outfit, as well as on Globejet which is now operating their L1011s on their own under royalty agreement with a Greece AOC called Gee Bee Air?
