What do you think the Pilot does for an on base VIP operation! It's 24/7 with no persoanl life and doesn't suit everyone. However for a self improver it's a good way of learning about the business and getting some hours building at the same time. The drawbacks of this job seem to outweigh the bonus points and I suspect that the dogsbody jobs would be the norm with some flying thrown in.
The salary would have to be generous but with free accommodation it may be abated. Also if it's a R44 it would appear to be a limited operation but who knows.
