a house in Palma could cost more than a million of euros, a flat not less than a half million....flowman, do you really think properties are cheaper in Spain than in Belgium ? I meet some belgium friends..they have a wonderfull farm house at 8 Kms from the center of Brussels and they paid about 1/4 million. Try to buy a house like that 8 kms far away from Madrid downtown...prepared just about 2 million of euros.
As you really know in Spain is so cheap the wine, beers,tobacco,fruit...and the sunshine. Of course it's a very nice place to live..like Portugal too.
