I think Emirates is still one of the top airlines in the business. Its much better than many other carrier-Many know that thats why they dont leave or complain.
I think when some of you were living in your home country-did you spend the same amount of your time to badmouth your company you used to work for-dont think so. I think the biggest issue for some is that in their oppinion the company is run by foreigners not by their countrymen as it should.
It seems to be that upgrading is a big argument at emirates. Well at some companies it takes 10-15 years-No complaints there. And it seems after reading some of the posts that some pilots may not be even mature enough for the left seat.(Experience is not everything) Ok enough, but just take a look how many positive post you find about your company within the last 2 months-not many. It cant all be that bad.
