Just a wild guess, ARMGAT, but should we all be saying “Welcome back to the Middle East page in your new guise, Cap56”? (You seem to have gained a few followers over the last few months, Ca… Cap.)
Getting back to the subject of the thread, I think Drop the Pilot must be the only pilot in the company who likes the “free” soggy London sandwiches – I certainly don’t, and I don’t think I’ve seen anyone eat them since they’ve been individually wrapped.
So if they’re “free”, we should just cop it sweet and be grateful, whatever state they’re in, DtP? Could you be the one who asked for them to be individually wrapped and you’re a bit miffed that someone has had the temerity to disagree with your decision?
If we’re going to have a vote for all the world to see, (and not as a private, in-house matter as the captain DtP seems to love to hate intended) I vote for “hurd ‘n’ crusty” rather than “sarin-wrapped ‘n’ soggy”.
I see soggy sandwiches as a serious reduction in my contracted Ts & Cs!!
