The meeting went extremely well last night with a very warm welcome and beer extended by the staff. A great opportunity for the members of both clubs to meet and exchange ideas.
The Tiger Moth and one of the Robin HR200 (which I am just back in from delivering back to Sywell in some very murky weather!) for the Sibson members to look around were in the hangar. I think it gave the Sibson members an idea of the much larger and more versatile fleet that they now have access to.
The staff worked very hard to make everyone feel welcome and talking to some of the Sibson members this morning they feel very up beat and are looking forward to the future. Interesting for me as I have been a member of both clubs for a number of years and was once based at Sibson.
