I hear there was some problem with the NAS/ EFPS which resulted in the details of one aircrafts clearance being transposed to another...interesting!
Any of the EGSS crew care to comment?
Also can any of them tell me any way in which EFPS has made their life easier?
Apart from saving ink, getting rid of the odd grumpy asssistant or less sunglasses' wear
