Qantas and BA have more in common than they realise, by the sound of it. The two should start up a CC exchange program.

Boilers and flouncing old mincers from both ends of the Kangaroute could compare ideas on how best to undermine the authority of and "diss" the pilots on the one hand and be seen to be providing an enhanced product and high degree of safety whilst avoiding any hint of "work" and securing a pay-rise on the other. Imagine the synergies...

One halfwit says:
we on the cabin side of that armoured door are generally better educated
but doesn't have any explanation of why she isn't a pilot or something else where she can employ her considerable and well-honed "intellect". This is indicative of the problem that behind_the_second_midland speaks of when she posted, in her boredom and deep personal discontent, this wind-up s**t-stir thread which has had so many bites. Congratulations honey, you are now officially part of the problem.
Lets face it-ANYONE can become a pilot. You need NO QUALIFICATIONS.
HAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAAAAAAA..!!!!!! Not that anyone takes it seriously but the irony of the gross stupidity, that it could possibly come from the mouth of a hash-slinger... it just defies belief..... I love it!
