White seems to be saying that you should apply to the CAA if the re-validation is being sought on the basis of your FAA/IR:
"Application for revalidation of the IMC rating should be made using form SRG 1125, enclosing your logbook and fee. Please ensure that if revalidating on the basis of the FAA IR, that the IPC is clearly annotated in your logbook"
However, the statement in LASORS states A fee is payable if the C of T is signed up by the CAA", implying that others may sign the form......
Or is this yet more Belgrano doublespeak?
