As far as i am concerned, it's scandalous how most of these airlines from the smallest to the biggest walk over crew.
A little comparison, take a GP for example. how much more do they spend on training than a commercial pilot. We can get our wings in one year of training and studying, they take up to 7.
They can mabye see 20 people in a day, we can carry way more than that depending on what size plane your on. If they don't know whats wrong, they can refer, we don't have that luxury. They sit in a nice office, we sit in a multi-million dollar airplane that we have worked our butts off to get there.
Lets face it, if it wasn't for us this world would still be very big.
I love my job, wouldn't give it up for anything. Just see red when the crew are walked over and over worked, so that the directors can drive around in a porsche!
it's time we stood up for ourselves and pray we're not cast aside and replaced by some snotty nosed brat willing to work for nothing!
