Who wants to give old Punter a nice rub?
Inadvisedly, I went for a quick game of squash last night before the pulled muscle in the old right shoulder had healed proper and now I've aggravated it. Looks like I'll be out for a couple of weeks, so I'm calling on ppruner healthy types for advice on what can be done other than rest to help chivvy the muscle along.
Ice packs? Deep heat? any ideas welcome.
