I have an interview for Cabin Crew coming up (yay!), and I was hoping to see if anyone has some tips on how to calm nerves for an interview!?
I've sat both sides of an interview desk in another industry. Not sure which is worse sometimes!
Remember they need you as much as you need them.
Prepare good questions to ask the interviewer. It doesn't matter if you already know the answer as long as it isn't obvious you already know.
Search the web for some recent company news and raise it in the interview... "I heard you were expanding into ABC? Does this mean XYZ". Shows interest.
Be ready for the question... "Why do you want to work for xyz?"
You could try asking the interviewer why they work for xyz! I once asked an interviewer this and the answer was so negative that I turned down their job offer.
The worst candidates are those that sit there and don't say anything. Avoid yes/no answers if possible.
