Two scenarios:
'Engineering say it's OK and you can go.'
Will this advice always be endorsed by 'management'?
'Engineering say it's marginal but recommend you............'
Will this advice always be endorsed by 'management'?
The only reason I can see for management endorsing engineering advice is if they want the opportunity to change it.
Or am I missing something?
