Hi,
I am currently taking my ATPL (A) studies with a view to future employment. As a military pilot, I attended the standard CRM training, but then opted to develop it further.
I am now thinking as developing it to CRMI status.
The questions I would like to ask are these:
What are the current company CRM set ups? Is there a dedicated CRM section or does a front line pilot with the qualification do the refreshers?
Would this investment be worthwhile in that the extra qualification and flexibility of employment will assist my chances of future employment?
