I think you will find they are primarily an executive charter company and would doubt they would want to spend the $60K on a belly tank to have it sitting around most of the season. A lot of the government agencies are now requiring tanks only especially in the urban interface because of the risk of a wayward bucket ending up through someones roof. I know RFS are looking hard at it and NRE is the same.
