Think somebody has missed the point here. Read the last couple of lines -
Omega has since offered its aircraft to armed forces worldwide as a lease option to fulfill in-flight refueling
They are aiming for the military market &, the last figures I saw at least, they seem to have the costings about right. Good luck to them.
