Of course Dixon is going to keep the airline running at any cost. He has a job to do, if he doesn't do it then he has to answer to the board who are going to be pissed off so he is going to do whatever he has to do to keep the aircraft flying.
Now as F/A's, if you feel you are being ripped off then i guess you have a job to do as well. Horses for courses.
You dont have to like the guy or what he is doing but surely you understand that he is there to keep the board and shareholders happy - apparently at any cost.
Just a pity he forgets that his staff that earn him and this company loads of money are shareholders as well.
