At the end of every flight,add up the money and work out whether the bar is up or down.99% of the time your up....right?
So how is it then,that every month you receive your commission in your monthly pay check,you always have a deduction taken out for 'average bar downs'? That's because they lump all your commission into one big pot,so there's no way of keeping track,and low and behold,every month the company deducts around £10-£20 of YOUR money and in the process,saves itself around £150,000 a year....at least! Come on guys,wake up and smell that coffee you serve and stop them ripping you off! ANSWER ME THIS.......HAS ANY MONTH BEEN IN THE BLACK OR IS IT IN THE RED ALWAYS?..........SOMEONE IS HAVING A LAUGH!!!
