At easyJet we all usually have a go on the 'tax-free' trolley on our flights. It's always certain flights too that you know you're going to sell out of 'Shimmer City' or 'Juicy Tubes' or whatever. As we only operate with 3 crew on the 737, our commission is 10% of the total on-board sales split three ways & on some of our longer two sector days (AGP) or four sector days, we can take anything around the £900 to £1000 mark! We don't even need to sell alot on the 'tax-free' trolley as most of the on-board revenue comes from drinks, snacks & sandwiches. hope this helps.
