it seems those that were not successful like social flyer for e.g will still be put on hold as a last priority just in case they can't get the numbers

Please do not make statements which you are not sure of yet. Id prefer to hear from QF that I am not successful instead of having your uneducated guess. There is no way you could possibly know the status of my application and where I am up to in the recruitment process. I dont mean to sound rude, but posting that I have not made it through (when I dont even know so yet) really isn't the nicest of things to be writing on here.......
