I think the problem with Flyblu, Antipodean and one or two others is that they put the cart before the horse! It is totally counter-productive to start recruitment and publicity before you have at least some realistic timescale worked out. Not wishful thinking but positive information based on licence applications being in and discussions with the various regulatory authorities. Once everything is moving and finance is in place then is the time to move to the next step. I know of two start-up airlines at present who are probably at about the same stage as the two mentioned but their names have never been mentioned on this forum. Why? Because they are moving logically, not making big announcements followed by delays and problems at every turn.
