Upon joining new-hires undergo a physical at the GF clinic in Bahrain.
It is administered by DGCAM certified doctors and nurses. (DGCAM is the Omani "FAA").
Eye test, Blood, urine, general examination.
I guess that if you got a 1st class from either FAA or CAA, you shouldn't have to worry about it.
