Your cardiogram is the bit that pushed the price up. A normal medical should be $90.00 plus the consult fees the quack figures is fare.
It's not too common for a GP to have an ultrasound machine and the qual's to evaluate the results... ECG's however should be free of charge as I could even give you one if we're above the transit layer. I couldn't tell you much of the squiggelly lines that come out of it though.
the only benifit of an exe medical is that it is tax deductable.
I would just ask the price when booking in, then your wallet won't feel wounded after the cough test.
