having similar sort of problems, this time my check needs to be enhanced not basic which shows up something so i may not get a pass even though ive had one for like 7 years.
Seems unfair when any jonny foreigner can come over here and get a pass aslong as theyve had no indescretions in the UK, not hard when youve been here 5 mins but any misdemeanours in there are own country are untracable and as 1 in 3 of adults 30 in the uk have done something wrong in their life it seems to be a little harsh....did any terrosrists come from here?
