I work for a low cost airline therfore pax pay for drinks and snacks!
After take-off, sca makes a pa to inform the pax what drinks and snacks we have onboard, together with their prices, which can be found in their in-flight mag.
CC: Would you like to purchase any drinks or snacks?
PAX: What have you got?
CC: Hot, soft and alchoholic drinks, sandwiches, pringles and various other snack items which are listed in the magazine!
PAX: What sandwiches have you got?
CC: (now trying my very hardest to keep smilling) We have Cheese & Chicken.
PAX: Oh no.... What flavour pringles have you got?
CC: Cheese & Onion or Original.
PAX: Do you have salt & Vinegar?
CC:
No like i said we have cheese or original!
PAX: No I will just have some water.
CC: Sure, thats £1.50 please.
PAX: What, you have to pay for it... no I dont want it!
CC: Ok fine (Having just spent 10 mins on the lovely pax)
Move onto next pax:
