Although I must admit that it is a highly unlikely story, I do not agree that either Fly-By-Wire or the NH90 is more expensive than the Merlin.
And because the UK already has the Merlin, it would surprise me that only for the SF they would buy NH90...
It would make more sense to use some of the Merlins for that !!!
