A few months ago I was pointed out a section in JAR FCL that had been printed by mistake. Basically it said you can instruct on type even if you don`t have 15 hours on it.
I can`t think of the section at the moment but they were going to amend it but I don`t know when.
The person that pointed it out by the way was Fred Cross.
It`s worth looking in to.
