Yikes. I knew crossing the Atlantic cost money, now I know (part of) why! It's the gummint! (assuming LASORS is a set of gummint regulations--speaking of which, is there a dictionary-glossary for translating between BritEnglish and ColonialEnglish?)
The equivalent requirement in USofA is 5hrs, and I thought THAT was gratuitous overkill.
