I think most here are missing the point.
If part of the recruitment process is singing and dancing then that is what you must do to have any chance of getting the job.
Many will say that what has this got to do with doing a good job as a FA.
That is a seperate issue altogether.
Is this the only recruitment process that many of us disagree with. This by the way occurs in various industries not only aviation.
