Sorry but its not a case of pointing fingers, we have to share the sky with these guys and they pose a threat to all of us. Luckily most of them will be flying in Kuwait .
This is obviously based on your experience, but being white, English and Christian (ish) I'd just like to say that recently I taught 2 Kuwaiti Helicopter students and you would be hard pressed to find 2 nicer harder working guys.
I've also in the past taught no-hopers from all countries. Some people have the aptitude and some don't, but they try, and then some cheat, they will be found out at some time.
Please let's not increase the world's Paranoia about "A-Rabs" any more. There's good and bad in all cultures.
