B-First
I think the B-First concept has alot going for it... now the cabins that (from a $$ paying punter) should have that 'extra touch' (ie J&F) get it. no longer does the most senior do a particular area because he/she may veiw it as easier/bludgier... not that it would happen often, but it could in the past, now F/As individually indentified then trained are used... great idea, the punters should like it. (IMHO)
