Always made me smile when I think of "Premature" when applied to a bloke with 30 years experience. Whats premature about 30 years? 30 secs yes that's premature but let's not go there.
Wonder how many folks have left the air force shall we say against their better wishes but just felt they had no other alternative??
Never really felt the posters had the interests of the individual at heart, more concerned with filling the slot with a number rather than finding the best man for the job, or finding the best job for the man.
