I have been out of the service for 15 years. Why did the powers to be decide to civilianize the mess services? At Middle Wallop for instance the food and standard of catering was excellent in all aspects but now I hear that the mess is in total chaos. Is it all about the almighty $? Why do the mess members put up with this b**l!!!!!? Do the members have no say in the standard of service provided by these civilian cretins?
