h occasionally, but perhaps you shouldn't be there if you really have that many problems
So lets sum it all up.
Which comapny has the highest turn over rate from F/O to Capt = EAG
Which company has the highest progression to jets (AIRNZ, CX ect) = EAG
Which company has the lowest pay = EAG
If you want to stay in props for 5-8 years before moving on (theres nothing wrong with this) = NSN
Which company has good pay but your in props for the long haul = COOK
My point is all companies have there good and bad points and if the company you work for is not wright for you, simply move.
Nobody will think any less of you for making a move to keep yourself happy.
