In answer to you valid point,Emirates are using same FTL,s as UK Oporators ie CAA.
I'm not familar with UAE regulations. So you saying that their FTL is copied from UK, in other words they based on CAP 371? What a strange decision. CAP 371 is defenately most overcomplicated, rigorous and restrictive FTL on this planet, defenately not a good example to build any other national FTL.
