Various posts talk of the "flight time", but for me I get tired relative to the "achieved time" which includes sitting on the gate waiting for start-up, doing the grand taxy tour of JFK and then getting airborne!
Would be very interested in "achieved" times for these sectors and how the airline responds to "commanders FTL discretion reports" on a regular basis.
