Perhaps we could try something radicle, like improving the product and service and build brand loyalty, instead of cheapening it to come closer to a LCC model. Ditzy while I agree with your assessment of the industry to have to admit the AA sector LAX-SFO is quite short? Last time I did it the coffee was OK and you don’t fly with ferals or Kiwis
