I suggest that one of you NAC pilots collect all the facts and then clearly state them in a letter to the NT Minister for Transport and Infrastructure. Explain that the employment and wellbeing of all the pilots at NAC are under direct threat due to fact that company is refusing to pay the legal award and is threatening dismissal to anyone who does not comply. Ask the Minister's office for appropriate advice or to direct your complaint to the appropriate NT authority. I'm sure that the NT has some office to deal with this Saddam Hussein style bully - boy nonsense. At the least it will get around the Darwin business community awfully quick that the self appointed, piston-powered Richard Branson of Darwin is a cheapskate who preys on his own staff.
