Kiki you are correct, its all about the big picture.
Pilots think they will work for their first job for little pay and conditions so they can get some hours to move onto something better.
Its not always the pilots fault, what else are they supposed to do? Take the high ground and never get a job?
The problem is its getting harder to get that well paying job as the next one wont be much better and so on.
May be the NAC pilots will take a stand.
In the end it would help everyone, including the operators.
Cost would go up but so would the quality of service and I am sure people would be happy to pay.
