ALL NAC pilots threatened with sack!

As a final desperate effort to avoid paying the award (now common rule in the NT) HA put on an tremendous tantrum and has told his pilots that they will all be sacked and used as contract labour.
At a staff meeting late last week, staff were abusively told they could all be replaced if they insist on better conditions and ANY/ALL pilot(s) who don't provide an ABN and accept the "contract" conditions which are to be EVEN LOWER than they currently get, WILL BE REPLACED... even if that means sacking everyone.
I'm told, by sources involved, that all staff have also be warned that their future careers will be actively sabotaged if they take matters to the union or IRC.
Commendations to the NAC pilots for standing up for their rights and demanding the same fair conditions that every other operator in Darwin is already paying.
Hang in there guys, cos while HA will tell you he can do what he wants, it ain't legal.
