I have to agree 100% with fair go. From my experience in aviation, I strongly strongly believe (and have seen concrete proof multiple times) that experience DOES NOT equate to competence! I have flown with crew 10 years my senior in both age and flying experience who are, for want of a better way to put it, DUMB AS DOG!!!!!!
