If you can boot into Safe Mode, go to Start >> Programs >> Startup and see if there is any thing that references Motive in there. If there is, remove it and try to boot normally into Windows.
If not, from Safe Mode, uninstall your BT Software.
Another option: You could use Regedit to delete all references to the files in that directory. (That is only an option for advanced computer users.) Then see if you can still log on to the net and not have the error on bootup.
